Terms and Conditions of Use

General Information

Welcome to fitoniq.es, a website owned and operated by Fitóniq Nutrition S.L..

By accessing and using this website, as well as the products and services available through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing them regularly.

Access to fitoniq.es is provided on a temporary basis. Fitóniq is not responsible if the website or any part of its content becomes unavailable at any time. By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders

You can place orders for Fitóniq products through our online store at fitoniq.es.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and relevant information about shipping and returns.

If you have any questions about our products or your order, please contact us at hola@fitoniq.es.

It is currently not possible to view previous orders through a customer account. If you need a copy of your order confirmation, please contact us and we will provide one.

Prices and Payment

Fitóniq reserves the right to make changes without prior notice, including adjustments to prices, product availability, descriptions and conditions.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

Payment information is securely transmitted using SSL encryption through our payment provider. Fitóniq does not have access to your complete card details. Payment will be charged when your order is processed for dispatch.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method. By confirming your order, you declare that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that sufficient funds are available.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 business hours within mainland Spain. The usual delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, depending on the destination.

We work with specialized courier services. Fitóniq is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues, adverse weather conditions or public holidays.

Product Storage: Once delivered, Fitóniq products must be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Best-Before Date: We guarantee a minimum remaining shelf life of 1 month from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the conditions set out in our Returns Policy are met.

Food Products (Perishable)

For health, hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products once they have been opened or tampered with.

Returns of food products are only accepted when they are unopened, with the original seal intact and in perfect condition.

Non-Food Products (Non-Perishable)

Non-food products, such as shakers and other accessories, may be returned within the statutory 14-day period, provided they are in good condition and show no signs of misuse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving defective products or errors attributable to Fitóniq.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Products or Order Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or a product with a broken seal, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@fitoniq.es.

In these cases, Fitóniq will cover the applicable costs and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Personal Data Protection

Fitóniq Nutrition S.L. acts as the data controller for personal information. Personal data is used solely to manage orders, shipping, payments and customer service, or where required by law.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties.
