Shipping Policy – Fitóniq

When you place an order on fitoniq.es, your products will be shipped through our logistics partners, using the most suitable delivery service based on your location and the type of order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through the following courier service: MRW (domestic deliveries within mainland Spain).

Fitóniq reserves the right to change shipping carriers when necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours

  • Once dispatched, the standard delivery time is 48–72 business hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (or the day before) will be processed on the next business day

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping to mainland Spain starts at €4.90 (and €17.90 for the Balearic Islands)

  • The final shipping cost is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, based on the weight and contents of your order

  • Free shipping on orders over €65 (mainland Spain only)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery Delays

Fitóniq is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Issues with the shipping carrier

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Local or national public holidays

  • Other exceptional circumstances

However, if your order is delayed or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at hola@fitoniq.es, and we'll help you resolve the situation.

None of the above affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Spanish law.

Product Storage

Once you receive your Fitóniq products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, following the instructions provided on the packaging.

Best-Before Date

Unless otherwise stated on the product, we guarantee a minimum remaining shelf life of 1 month from the date of delivery.
